Work continues on the overhaul of Foxtrot Charlie at Heliserve, with further dismantling now underway.
Both rotor blades have been removed, and progress has been made inside the cabin.
The interior lining, seat cushions, and several instruments have all been taken out, providing greater access to the aircraft's internal structure.
Behind the cabin, additional components have been removed. One of the most noticeable changes is the collection bucket positioned beneath the aircraft to drain hydraulic fluid.
Looking further inside, several key components are now visible. In the upper right you can see the hydraulic servos, with the main gearbox located below them. To the left sits the rotor brake, its polished surface standing out amongst the surrounding components.
At the rear of the helicopter, the clutch actuator and drive belts can now be clearly seen.
As parts are removed, each component is carefully inspected, ready for refurbishment or replacement as required. Although substantial progress has been made, there is still a considerable amount of work ahead before Foxtrot Charlie reaches the reassembly stage. The new parts will have to wait on the shelf for now!
