Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Taxes, Duties, Customs Charges and Additional Delivery Fees

The customer is solely responsible for all taxes, duties, customs charges, import duties, VAT, sales taxes, goods and services taxes (GST), brokerage fees, handling charges, clearance fees, storage fees, administrative fees, carrier surcharges, remote area surcharges, and any other charges, costs, fees or assessments imposed by government authorities, customs authorities, shipping carriers, delivery companies, or third parties in connection with the delivery of an order.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs displayed at checkout.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for complying with all import laws, regulations, restrictions, permits, certifications, and customs requirements applicable in the destination country. The customer must pay all duties, taxes, fees, and charges required to clear customs and receive delivery of their order.

For UK orders, the customer is responsible for any additional charges imposed by carriers, government authorities, regulatory bodies, landlords, site operators, ports, airports, customs authorities, or other third parties that are necessary to complete delivery.

CENEGEX Aviation Ltd shall not be responsible for, and accepts no liability for, any additional fees, charges, taxes, duties, penalties, storage costs, administrative costs, customs costs, delivery surcharges, delays, non-delivery, seizure, confiscation, destruction, return, or disposal of goods arising from:

  • customs clearance procedures;
  • import or export restrictions;
  • unpaid charges;
  • incorrect delivery information provided by the customer;
  • the customer's failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations; or
  • any action or omission of the customer or a third party.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, returned, destroyed, confiscated, seized, or otherwise prevented from being delivered for any reason relating to unpaid charges, customs requirements, import restrictions, customer instructions, or customer actions or omissions, CENEGEX Aviation Ltd reserves the right to:

  • refuse any refund;
  • deduct all shipping costs, return shipping costs, duties, taxes, fees, surcharges, storage charges, handling fees, administrative costs, and any other costs incurred from any refund issued; and/or
  • recover any additional losses, costs, or expenses incurred by CENEGEX Aviation Ltd from the customer where permitted by law.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched. Any taxes, duties, fees, surcharges, or other charges paid by CENEGEX Aviation Ltd on behalf of the customer may be recovered from the customer.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for all charges associated with the delivery and receipt of their order and that CENEGEX Aviation Ltd shall not be liable for any additional costs imposed by third parties after the order has been placed.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
